Here at The Bar In The Box we have a passion for hospitality! 

We provide a fully licensed pop up mobile bar and bespoke hospitality service from our thoughtfully  converted  vintage Rice horse box mobile bar. 

Based in Herefordshire, we cover our neighbouring counties of Worcestershire, Shropshire and Powys

Hire us for your wedding, birthday celebrations, garden party, festival or corporate event.

Here at The Bar In The Box we don't believe that one size fits all, that's why we are flexible and offer different packages.  Its your event, so let us know what you're looking for.

We serve AMAZING  cocktails, delicious mocktails,  have a fab wine list, ( we wouldn't serve anything we wouldn't enjoy ourselves.. and we're fussy! )  Quality spirits, cold beers and our own personal favourite ... Prosecco!!

We have a passion for hospitality and pride ourselves on offering a bespoke service.  

Our thoughtfully converted Vintage Rice Horse Box is self sufficient with running water and electricity, so we can pitch up almost anywhere- just bring the celebration, we will do the rest!

Hire us

We have all sorts of natty objects for hire to help create the mood... bunting, vintage deckchairs, coir matting, festoon lighting and loads more.- Just ask...

Option 1 

Hire our pop up mobile bar with our friendly and experienced staff with a pay as you go bar. We have a fully stocked bar offering a wide range of quality wines and spirits. We  can create a cocktail list especially for your event or if you prefer, we can turn our horsebox into a Pimms, Prosecco or Champagne Bar.

 All disposable poly-carbonate plastic glassware, ice and slices provided, glass hire can also be arranged dependant on venue.

We are fully insured and hold personal licences so can help with obtaining temporary event notices as required.

We have a fixed hire rate depending on the duration of the hire, starting from £75.00 

Cash Bar

Your guests pay for drinks as they would a regular bar, we accept cash and card payments                    ( depending on service coverage)

Tab Bar

As the hosts, you can contribute a set amount and guests can enjoy drinks  until this amount runs out, then  the bar will then convert to a regular cash bar

Open Bar

Guest's favourite! We keep a record of all drinks served then the host settles us directly. Invoices are provided as required.

Option 2

Hire us as above, we supply the horse box, the staff, glassware etc, you supply the drinks and the guests- let us do the rest! 

Minimum 8 hour hire period. Includes all insurances and licencing as required.

Dainty and delicate English fine bone china cups and saucers, cake plates and cake stands just waiting to be laden with tempting treats. Perfect for a boho wedding, a vintage afternoon tea or an Alice In Wonderland style tea party. We have everything you need from quirky teapots and antique cutlery to vintage linen tablecloths and napkins. We can cater for 100 guests. See our dedicated page.

Patsy's Vintage Teas

Let us take the strain of your vintage tea party and  provide you with a sumptuous banquet of sweet treats such as  cakes, scones, cupcakes, tray bakes and  a variety of sandwiches (with crusts cut off, of course!) 

All tasty treats are home made and as such are made with love and made specially for you- so let us know what takes your fancy...

We are proud to have been awarded a 5 star hygiene rating from Herefordshire Council.
